Kindle MatchBook Problems

Edit: Please only post if you're having problems!

If you are having problems accessing your free or discounted Kindle version of "The easy Guide," there are a few things to try.

First, go directly to the Kindle MatchBook page and see if "The easy Guide" is listed: https://www.amazon.com/gp/digital/ep-landing-page?ie=UTF8&*Version*=1&*entries*=0

If you are not in the United States, connect to WiFi and access the Kindle Store via the Kindle app or the website from the device you would like to download the book to.

If you are still having problems, try Amazon customer service chat: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/contact-us/general-questions.html?ie=UTF8&skip=true

Tell them you purchased the print copy of "The easy Guide" and it participates in the Kindle MatchBook program and your account should be credited for a copy at no additional cost.

If you are still having issues, please post a reply and I'll see what I can do or email me at josh@easywdw.com.

Mine worked. I'm just wondering if there's a way for my friend to get it. We ordered together to save on international shipping, but I'm worried she won't be able to get the kindle version since it's on my account. Any suggestions?

Mine didn't work for 2 days, but then I realized that it was operator error, not an Amazon error. The operator got smarter and now all is well..

Mine showed that it was 9.99 even after I purchased the book, but when I downloaded it there was no charge. The amazon customer service said that the reason it showed up at a cost was possibly because the book was purchased before the kindle version was available for free.

Technically it's limited to one per account (Amazon's rule not mine).

"The purchase of multiple copies of a physical book allows customers to purchase one ebook copy at the MatchBook price."

The Kindle version can be lent one time for up to 14 days and I can email an attachment of the ebook version of the book that is basically the Kindle version...
