Magicband trouble

I know there is a similar thread currently getting comments, but I have a slightly different issue. When I click on Choose Your Magicbands, I get the message “This page isn’t working”. I just want to select the free ones. It most likely doesn’t make a difference, but I booked last week for a June trip.
Is this just a technical glitch? If so, this has been happening since booking.

Try a different browser, or try a 'private' session within the browser, sometimes those can cause the site to work better.

If those don't help, I would call Disney and ask if something is setup wrong on your account.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I’ve already tried both. Guess I’m calling Disney. Ugh
