Spring Break Two Day Quick Trip

Arrive 3/24 three nights at Swan have reservations for two park days - Epcot on Thursday 3/25 and Hollywood Studios Friday 3/26. Anyone with recent experience would appreciate any help or clarification you can provide ...

- So no fastpass, right?
- Parks open 30 minutes prior posted opening, right?
- no nighttime entertainment, parades, shows, etc right?
- are there any extra reservations you need to make for the attractions in the new Star Wars area?
-looks like very reasonable walk from Swan to Epcot International gateway as well as Hollywood Studios. Anyone with experience with this would be awesome to know if this is a bad idea.

That hasn't rolled out yet. It's not clear when that will start, nor whether it will be offered to guests at non-Disney owned resorts like Swan & Dolphin (although it probably will be, in my opinion).

Yes, for Rise of the Resistance.

"Reasonable" is pretty subjective, but yes, both parks are definitely walkable for most people. If we were staying there, we'd walk. We also walk from Epcot to DHS unless there is a boat RIGHT THERE and even then it takes about the same amount of time.

The official 30 minutes early for on-site has not rolled out yet (the replacement for early EMH).

However, the parks are all currently opening 30-60 minutes early to all guests, depending on the park and day of the week, which they are doing for crowd control to help limit guests congregating by the entrance.

Did some digging on the virtual queue for rise of the resistance looks like you get in queue 7am and you do it from MDE app. Does anyone know what are the chances that this actually works?

There is a 7am (can be done from anywhere) and a 1pm (must be done from the park).

When staying anywhere around crescent lake we almost always walk between places, and as DopeyRunr said that boat is often not faster anyway. The only place the boat is probably faster is Swan to HS (since no stops along the way), but it for sure would be slower to EP which has multiple stops even though it is closer.

From the Swan to Epcot is about 3350 feet to walk, which is 0.63 miles.
From the Swan to HS is about 4875 feet to walk, which is 0.92 miles.
